Shipping Policy
This is easy! Shipping is Free for Orders over $25.00!
Shipping charges for orders under $25.00 are a flat rate of $6.95.
Expedited Shipping: The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.
- Standard Shipping and Handling for Orders over $25: FREE! (delivery within 2 -7 business days)
- Standard Shipping/Handling for orders under $25: $6.95 per order
- Expedited FedEX 3-Business Day Shipping and Handling:

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or PO Boxes. We do not currently ship Internationally.
Merchandise Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Our 30-day return policy has no special catches or exceptions. Here are the rules:
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
- Please email us at customerservice@compasshm.com for instructions; we will send you the return instructions with a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Compass Home Medical reserves the right to refuse or deny any refund or exchange if we conclude the returned product is not in new condition.
Warranty
Compass’s warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the manufacturer’s warranty. Refer to the warranty packaged with each product to determine the exact coverage for that particular product. We are committed to ensuring that all of our products meet the highest of quality standards. If any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order once the damaged merchandise has been returned to us. Compass’s does not warrant goods that have been misused or abused. Refer to the product warranty for complete details.
